[chirp_users] Assistance adding files to a radio that's programmed from another radio.

I'm running into a slight bit of confusion and would like the easiest way to do the following.
My cousin has to Baofeng radios, that I have program with MURS frequencies that he can use, since he is not yet a ham. I also have a lot of local public safety frequencies program into it that he scans, and of course have the transmit turned off on those.
Here's what we have going on. At work they are using a different model Baofeng radios, supported by chirp.
I would like to take one of his radios from work, read their frequencies and add them to his radio in the list below his current frequencies so he can use it at work. I have read about exporting to CSV and importing and it seems a little confusing. Even if I were to do this, I have read nothing about having a choice of what memory slots the important frequencies would go into, or if I have a choice like I normally do when I'm programming.
Is there a simple way I can download the memories from their radios and just copy and paste them into his existing file without overwriting or losing what's already in his radio? Is it possible to open up two radio images, in two different tabs at one time using Chirp?
I would think that copy and paste should work somehow but I want to make sure I know exactly how to do it rather than mess up the radios that I've set up for him that he really likes. By messing up I mean putting all the frequencies above the ones that are already in there and not at the end. He really needs these extra frequencies added to his current radios that I programmed for him. Yes, I did make an original image of both of his radios, and I do have the fully programmed images saved.
The easiest way to do this, is what I'm looking for. If I can forgo exporting and importing, and just copy that would be ideal. Any assistance or help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

There are several ways to accomplish this. Import a *.CSV file. Import a *.IMG file. Yes when importing you can map the imported channel positions to different places in the destination tab.
However what would be the simplest for you would be to open a tab for the destination radio. Then open a second tab for the source radio. Then simply copy-and-paste the channels you want from the source tab to the positions you want them on the destination tab.

Easiest way is to either write them down and type them in or open 2 Chirp tabs, one from each radio, and copy and paste between the tabs. .
