[chirp_users] [CHIRP] #64: Repeater and Mycall corruption in 880 file

There is corruption in the Repeater Callsign and My Callsign fields on the D-STAR tab. Occurs with both radio dump and icf conversion of an 880 radio/file. Perhaps a counting error or missed field separator, as in some cases the last character is pushed to the beginning of the following field. Also if you scroll way down the Repeater Callsign column you will see a lot of gibberish. The Callsign field looks fine. Chirp 0.1.11b1

Okay, a couple of things...
First, I didn't have the repeater call list even close, and I haven't yet figured out where it actually is (probably because of the DR mode stuff). I fixed the MYCALL list though.
Second, I had improperly marked the radio driver as one that requires re- arranged callsign lists (like the 800, 2200, etc). So, you can now edit the three calls per-channel as expected, making the lack of a repeater call list not as important at the moment.
So, the next posting should behave better. Please advise :)

Looking good here Dan. I took a radio dump, modified, and re-loaded. Working fine. The existing repeaters in my radio list were unaffected. Bank names and indexes are FB- I rely on Bank-Link scanning mode in my iCOMs so that is important to me. I can live without the repeater list for now since everything else is cooking and the memory channels are where it's at. I made a quick count of the VHF/UHF D-STAR repeaters within 100 miles of my QTH and there are at least 20. -KN0N
