I just posted CHIRP 0.1.9b10 with a single change.

I'm a little confused (not hard to achieve really)... Shouldn't it be 0.1.9b11 ????

According to my records (and the beta directory) b10 was posted on the 17th April, but the changelog shows changes as of a few hours ago. There's no sign of a b11 in the beta directory (yet).
