[chirp_users] TH-D72A Connection?
New to CHIRP; will program work with Kenwood USB cable used by Kenwood MCP-4A software w/TH-D72A? Was unable to get CHIRP to see radio using that cable. Pls advise re what I am overlooking/missing. Thanks! 73, Scott
Yes, it works. Did you install the USB drivers for the D72 (Silicon Labs cp210x)?

Yes! I set it up using COM4. But when I selected COM4 in CHIRP I don't believe I got a response. Thanks for the reply! sdj
