[chirp_users] Issue with downloading from RT22
Hi, recently found some RT22s that we want to program so I grabbed one of our current ones that is already programmed and went to download from radio on chirp and I continue to get the error ‘radio identification failed’
Any solutions???

It would help if you would attach the debug.log file. Are you selecting the correct model? If it is the FRS version, you must choose Retevis/RT22FRS.

It is an RT22, no FRS How do I send a debug.log.file?

Go to the CHIRP home page. Click on the "How_To_Get_Help" link. There is a "How_to_report_issues" link on the page that loads. Click it to access instructions for locating the debug.log file. Once you have located the debug.log file, you can then attach it to this email just like you would any other document.
