Interference when I use my baofeng 5 be would structures and trees cause that?

My 1st time to post. Be gentle please?I have a new, Baofeng UV5R A3 Triband HT, (2m/220/70cm).What software covers this model? I've tried the UV-5R software, but it won't let me enter a 220 MHz freq without telling me that 220 MHz. is not supported on that version of the software.Thanks,Milt.N6MG
Can you explain the interference? Does your signal not get out, or are you having trouble receiving? It could be the antenna, or you might have it set on low power. if you transceiver is close to your computer I can pick interference from CPU, data bus clocks, video card it can be intermittent depending what graphics are displayed, sometimes bootup screens, or certain video sizes
