I'm trying import a csv file into a chirp IMG file. It is one I exported, modified and now trying to import. Where have I gone wrong?.
I exported the IMG from my radio beforehand.
Dan

MS Excel can corrupt your file. Use Libre Office or Open Office.

Well it is good used quattro pro. I've used it before to modify it before.

Why don't you attach the CSV file in question so we can "see" what's wrong and let you know?

Now that’d be too easy, Jim. Even money it’s missing commas at the end of a line.

Hi Dan,
Since one may access/reach Repeater Book from within CHIRP, one may use but one program.
No need to use a second (and potentially problematic) program.
One may edit / select any of the choices.
Perhaps give that path a try.

The trailing commas were removed from each of the rows making the whole CSV file invalid. The quickest way to fix it is to remove the equivalent number of header names.

I exported from a radio IMG to a separate csv file to make sure I got it right.
