[chirp_users] Hytera PD502

Dan, et alia:
Is Chirp capable of programming a Hytera PD502 HT?
Also, does anyone know if the BF-F8HP programming cable has a pinout similar to the PC-63 used by the Hytera PD-502?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Stuart,
Is Chirp capable of programming a Hytera PD502 HT?
Probably not. CHIRP does not currently program any digital radios.
Also, does anyone know if the BF-F8HP programming cable has a pinout similar to the PC-63 used by the Hytera PD-502?
Probably not. Looking at pictures of the Hytera PC63 programming cable its plug appears to have the Motorola spacing and pin arrangement. The plug of the BF-F8HP programming cable has a Kenwood spacing and pin arrangement.
