When I try to install CHIRP I get the error message: Error opening file for writing: C:\program files[x86]chirp_ctypes.pyd click on abort to stop installation, Retry to try again or ignore to skip this file. nothing works what can I do? Thank you, Paul

You have to close CHIRP before you can update it.

My Ubuntu system is not finding this latest release in the repo
