[chirp_users] uv-82 settings does not show up using latest build

I am seeing this when I run the latest daily build in Lixux 16.04 LTS, from windows 7 also. Attached is the STDERR output.

Your radio has a squelch threshold setting that is out-of-range. Unfortunately a RESET is neither a "reset" or a "factory" reset.
Email your downloaded image to me and I will email it back with a value that is in range.
