I can only see V0.1.8 on the downloads page of your web site. Is this page still waiting to be updated or do I need to go somewhere else to get the latest beta version?

I don't advertise the betas anywhere other than on this list. You can always find the latest here:

Although IIRC, you have an IC-9x, so based on Dave's feedback you might want to avoid the most recent beta :D
