[chirp_users] [CHIRP] #130: Yaesu vx-3 Problem with editing memories
#130: Yaesu vx-3 Problem with editing memories --------------------------------+------------------------------------------- Reporter: andtsin23@… | Type: Bug Status: new | Priority: Functionality Milestone: | Component: Memory Editor Version: 0.1.11 | Keywords: vx3 memory Platform: Windows | --------------------------------+------------------------------------------- I've experienced the following problem. When i try to delete the empty columns of memories, i didnt find any similar button. I tried shift + delete but nothing happened. Also at a mass copy paste of memories, the program copies only the two memories from the end.

Hmm, I don't understand. What do you mean by "empty column of memories" ?
You can select multiple rows using the control or shift key and then right-click and choose "Delete all" to delete multiple memories. Is this what you're trying to do?
If not, I need more detail :)
Thanks!

Yes, this working perfect. But it would be more useful if when you make shift and delete, all the empty lines going up. For example, you want to delete the memories 4 and 5. You use the shift and delete, and then the memories from 6 and down, comes up to the 4 etc...
And also, the copy paste feature is copying the half of what you want, only 2 memories for example.

Okay, you can do "delete and shift up" on one memory at a time, but not multiples. I'll take a look at that.
Regarding copy/paste, I'm not able to reproduce that behavior. Are you using the latest daily? On 07302011, I'm able to copy and paste six memories without a problem. Dailies are here:
