This afternoon (pacific time) I will have to take the CHIRP website down for a few hours to do some very necessary maintenance. I'm planning to redirect the name to another host with a very basic page with links to the download in case anyone needs it at that time. If everything goes smoothly it should come back up after a couple hours of work.
