Re: [chirp_users] Bunch of questions
In a terminal session try: sudo apt-get update –fix-missingsudo apt-get install -fsudo apt-get dist-upgradesudo apt-get autocleansudo apt-get cleansudo apt-get autoremove
This should cleanup his environment and make sure he is current on the build he is running.
After that launch chirp and verify the version is current Daily-20170510
If not re run these steps: sudo apt-add-repository ppa:dansmith/chirp-snapshots sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install chirp-daily
The <dash>fix<minus>missing should be <minus><minus>fix<minus>missing.
man apt-get sudo apt-get update --fix-missing sudo apt-get install -f sudo apt-get dist-upgrade sudo apt-get autoclean sudo apt-get autoremove
I don’t clean my repository unless I’m low on disk space. But that’s just me.
