[chirp_users] cannot start chirp properly

      i installed both the reg and the daily version on both xp and 8 windows
platform.
i changed the cable driver to the old 3.2.0.0 version (programming works
fine with the vip software)
but all i got was a widow shown on the attatched file
wheb i click ok the window disappear and nothing happens!
how do i start using chirp???
