when uploading to radio the box which has the comport ,maker of radio,model in the model box it says csv in gray out so it never loads into the radio any thing im doing wrong? any help appreciated

You can't upload a CSV file directly to a radio. You have to download an image of the radio, import your CSV and then upload the result back.
