[chirp_users] clone error

      i once had a vx7-r and would get clone errors.yeasu's are kinda hard to 
program.with my vx7-r there was a key on the key pad that had to be 
pushed just before you pushed the enter key on your computer to get your 
radio programmed. i do not remember which key on the radio needs to be 
pushed before programming the radio
