[chirp_users] I got an unsupported xinchuang TR-N7 radio, how can I add support for it?

      Is there any place I can upload... say a "serial dump" file of
communication between it and some propriety software (named SV83) ? I
managed to create a serial sniffer cable, so if I have a place to upload
it, then you guys could inspect and add support for it.
Heck I think having a dedicated place to upload serial dumps would be great
for reverse engineering efforts.
