[chirp_users] Can't get a Redmine account created
Hi folks,
I've been trying to get an account created on the redmine site, so I can enter a new model request. I seem to have an account, but I can't log in. I figured it must be a problem with my password, so I try to reset it and log in, but that fails.
Reproducing the error: 1. Go to https://chirp.danplanet.com/login and fill out the "Login" and "Password" fields, click "Login" button. 2. Get a red box that says "Invalid user or password". 3. Click the link for "Lost password", fill out my email address and click "Submit". 4. Open the email that arrives and click the forgot password link. Enter a new password in the form and confirm it. 5. Try the log in again with the newly-updated password.
Expected behavior: I am able to log in to create issues, etc.
Actual behavior: I instead still once again get the red box that says "Invalid user or password".
Is there any known issue with the system or any way to troubleshoot what might be wrong my account? Of note, the "lost password' feature doesn't seem to work unless the system actually knows my email address, other email addresses that aren't registered get an error message. So I know I'm in there to some extent....

You can't use the ARRL.net e-mail sub, you must use your actual e-mail address....
