[chirp_users] Win XP
I am new to Chirp and am trying to get the bootable disk I made to load but all I get is a blank screen. I saw in in the question list this same thing and said it was in the letters but I just started and don't know where to go to find this information. I made a clean install of XP on my laptop and going to use it just for programming radios. It is an old machine.
