[chirp_users] Yaesu VX6 won't communicate with Chirp

      Good Morning All:
I am using a Yaesu VX6,   iMac 21.5 and OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. and a cable
from KawaMall.
When I am attempting to download the contents from the my Yaesu VX6 into
CHIRP while in the clone function ,I get an error message saying “an error
has occurred” failed to communicate with the radio-no response from radio.
What further steps should I take to correct this.
