[chirp_users] Guide for CHIRP *Settings*? - Users

      Hi, the Memories portion of CHIRP is well covered here 
https://chirp.danplanet.com/projects/chirp/wiki/MemoryEditorColumns. 
However there a whole other section of the CHIRP software-- the Settings 
tab (Basic, Advanced, Other, Work Mode, FM Rado preset (obvious), DTMF 
and Service)
Is there a guide for what all of these many settings are?
