There is a CHIRP image for the SO-50b satellite in the Yahoo! baofeng_uv5r group files area. It isn't for ISS but it will give you an idea how Cross Mode should be setup for operating cross-band and creating multiple channels with a varying RX frequencies to handle Doppler shift.
