Sorry, Dave, Chirp does NOT run great on Macs running Yosemite without some mighty gyrations. I have to run Chirp on my old Macbook running Snow Leopard in order for Chirp to work at all. I have had some hit and miss solutions to Yosemite, but nothing that is solid and dependable.

"Daily Builds" are the freshest, newest, latest, version of the CHIRP software. Often better than the "stable" version, because they include more features.
