Can you attach the CSV file you're trying to import (as well as note which memory channel is giving you trouble)? This *sounds* like excel rounding the number, which is solvable by setting the frequency column to a type of "text".

If I create a CSV file containing a memory channel with the frequency you specify, it works correctly for me. Having the CSV file itself may help me replicate the behavior if it's something more obscure.
