Export to a CSV file and load into a compatible program or spreadsheet program such as MS Excel.

Go with LibreOffice (LO) it has more active development and it reads MS formats better (IMHO) I have used both and now LO, also there are a lot more templates for it. I find it in offices all over the place now.
