With the label saying "ID-RPx000V" I'm guessing that excludes the 23cm DV (ID-RP2V) and 23cm DD (ID-RP2D) repeaters at this stage as they would have an extra digit that would need to be added in their frequency range.

Actually, the protocol has the extra digit in it. I haven't tested it on the 1.2 GHz modules yet, but I expect it to work. I have access to one of each at the moment so I'll try to make sure I do that soon.
