[chirp_users] Chirp program for Yaesu FT1500

Hello everyone
Can anyone tell me if the Chirp program was adjusted to work with the Yaesu FT1500.
I did a search on the net and saw something about it had been suspended , but not sure how long ago it was.
Any help appreciated
