[chirp_users] Uv-5001 won't connect

Swap the RX and TX wires at the plug. The schematics usually just say RX Data and you don't know if it is RX data at the cable connecting to TX data at the radio or RX data at the radio going to TX data at the cable. You have to try both ways.
