[chirp_users] File Corruption on latest release 8-14?

Greetings, On Windows 8.1 and UV-82HP, I've been getting a Windows File Corrupt error whenever I attempt to reopen any saved file. Installed a previously working version, 8-11 and still the problem remains. Ideas/suggestions? Marty, a new user
