I have had three other Baofeng UV-5R radio and had no problems programming with Chirp. I’m using the latest Mac Chirp version.

But, I just received a new UV5R, and, after downloading from the radio, creating a frequency list, and then uploading, I’m not able to get to the settings page. I get a blank page and an error message. (See attached.) I tried a menu “reset all” and a three-button “factory reset” to no avail. Any ideas?
