[chirp_users] transfer random frequencies to chirp
I am able to import frequencies from radio reference but there are other frequencies that importing doesn't include. I tried copying the freq's from the reference page to my saved image but the fields don't match and it won't save such as tones and modes. Is there an easy way to get these 20-30 freq's into chirp so to upload to my radio? Do I have to have all fields entered or can I just enter a frequency. Thanks for the info and help.
You didn't say which radio you are trying program so I am going to assume it is a Baofeng or similar Chinese radio. For listening the only thing that is required is the RX frequency (which goes into the Frequency column). The second thing would be to set Duplex=off to disable TX on this frequency.
