Sorry your having issues, two things, number one I have found windows 10 home edition does not come with native drivers. Two use the driver disk that cam with your cable,

If that does not work go to ebay and buy the 25 dollar cable with driver download info , fellow ham selling them, they work, sorry I fo not have the link up.
