I have a Baofeng BF-F8HP I can receive but not transmit What settings have I messed up and how do I fix it

The error is Error reporting is enabled and it does does not open the software.

Yes my Windows user does contain ?.? My e-mail adresses does not contain ? and my CHIRP user does not contain ?.?

I will try to make a new windows account user with out ? and see if that works.

So what is the error? Does you Windows user name have the "?" character in it? If yes, try another user with only standard characters.
