[chirp_users] Having problems daily build 20150130 running on a mac
I have been able to run both chirp-0.3.0 and chirp-0.4.1 using the instructions on the website for running on Mac OSX. Due to a new radio I have (Leixen VV-898), I have to go to the daily build in order to get support for the radio. I have installed the program, it starts to run but then immediately quits with no error.
Any suggestions ?

The cause of this issue has been identified. A patch has been submitted and things should be back to normal for Mac OSX computers with the next daily build that is released. If everything goes as planned, that should be tomorrow morning (shortly after midnight Pacific time).
In the mean time, fall back to an earlier daily build for Leixen VV-898 support.

Thanks so much for this info. I am writing a book on Disaster Preparation and Chirp has become an important part of the book when it comes to programming the radios so that you only have to do something once instead of once for each radio that you have.

It was an error in the last daily build, wait for the next version or use a older version.
