After downloading all of the freq. I manually programmed, any freq. with 3 numbers after the decimal had a "4" at the beginning and a "2" in between the 2 and 4 number after the decimal. When trying to make changes to any of those, it give you an error message, "Freq. out of range" then when you click the error message, it deletes the entry. Here is an example of what it looks like after downloading from my radio: My Radio reads: 147.675 CHIRP Reads: 4147.6725 if I change it from 4147.6725 in chirp to 147.675 and then upload it back into the radio it looks like this: My Radio Reads: 147.670 It does the same with 440 as well.
