Is it possible to program the FM broadcast receiver memories on the Wouxun KG-UV6x handhelds through CHIRP? I am programming them for emergency responders and it would be useful to have pre-programmed access to the stations which are commonly used for public announcements in disasters here.

So far, if there is a way to do it in CHIRP, I have not figured it out.
