I am using CHIRP to change the settings, Power ON Message, but it does not save it. When I upload to the radio, the original message is displayed and not the change. How do I get the changes saved?

Try entering the new info, then click into another box and save. Then write to the radio. Make sure you read the radio first.

The procedure should be: 1. Download from radio 2. Save image or export to CSV file, etc. 3. Make changes or import from CSV file, etc. 4. Upload to radio 5. save new image to file
