[chirp_users] Memory bank programming?
I'd like to IMPORT memory bank programming from Excel but don't see a way of getting the correct Columns or Sheet to start. I've tried doing a download from the radio (FT-7900 and FT-60) and then doing an EXPORT. I don't see the memory banks in the exported .csv file. Is memory bank programming something CHIRP supports? Thanks -John K7TY
I believe Chirp does from an .img file but the csv export is only a sub-set of available options that is common to all radios. Not all radios have bank programming.

Click File -> New Add a few sample memories to the tab that was created Export to a CSV file Use the saved file as a template
Jim
Hello Jim. Did that. Sadly no memory bank info in the csv.

Those are the fields that CHIRP supports via CSV export/import.

Jim, I've added some memories and put them in a few memory banks. Then looking at an EXPORT in Excel, the memory content fields are there correctly but I don't see any fields/columns related to the memory bank. Is there some magic that I'm missing?
