[chirp_users] using chirp to program public service repeaters

I am looking for instructions to add a public service repeater that has 2 different tones for transmit and receive frequencies with chirp software.

Chirp can do this, assuming the radio you're programming supports cross tones. Choose tone mode cross and cross mode tone->tone.
