Hello group!

I got a UV-B5 and I don't have any problem down loading radio to computer and then uploading program to the UV-B5. But this is what happens, if I have a repeater that has a "-" on the offset, the radio will take it and after you use it one time, the radio will by itself change all the "-" to "+" on every repeater that is in the radio. Is there any help for the radio or just use it for all the repeaters that have a "+" for the offset?
