This adds a command-line based slash image manipulation tool for the THD-72. It takes as inputs an image file and a NVRAM image and mashes them together so you can upload the modified portions back to the radio and change the two splash screens. This is a useful tool to have until we can come up with a way to integrate this in the GUI.
