[chirp_users] No Channels Found

If this is a duplicate message, I apologize. Minor email issues.
So, I'm new to ham radios and chirp, but I successfully used chirp to populate my Baofeng BF-F8HP with imported repeaters from RepeaterBook. But now it return the error "No Channels Found". Looking at the debug log it shows this link:
http://www.repeaterbook.com/repeaters/downloads/chirp.php?func=default&s...
When using this link in a browser it indicates that I need to be logged in. But I wasn't previously logged in when it initial and repeatedly worked.
Can anyone shed some light on why this stopped working?
Thanks so much. John

Be a little more specific than this: "But now it"

Yes, that wasn't a complete explanation. After clicking Radio > Download from Radio, and then clicking Radio > Import from data source > RepeaterBook > RepeaterBook political query, and the selecting my state, county, and band and clicking OK, I get "No channels found" and an OK button. This was working perfectly fine (I was able to populate the channels and upload them to my radio) for the last week, which is when I got the radio and my license. I have no idea why it would stop working.
Thanks. John

Apparently one does not need to be logged in, because it worked perfectly fine when I didn't even have an account. After discovering that it no longer worked, I created an account and tested the link found in the debug log. It still does not work in chirp, and I don't see a way to log in to repeaterbook.com within chirp. I logged in within a browser, but that apparently is not enough.

John,
Either RepeaterBook is having a problem with their service or they have changed their API (which could break CHIRP support). You could contact them or wait to see if their service gets restored.
Jim

Thanks, Jim. I'll contact RepeaterBook.

I contacted RepeaterBook and just received a response that it is fixed. And I confirmed that it works for me now as it used. Jim, thanks for the suggestion.
