Hello and thank you to all who have given their experience here. The issue I am having is that on my CHIRP I have the OFFSET at .600, and the DUPLEX either a + or -. However when I upload this to my radio it does not take the settings.
My radio reads OFFSET 00.000 and DUPLEX “none”. I just finished uninstalling, and reinstalling, CHIRP. When I did my initial upload from the radio the settings in CHIRP show the correct OFFSET and DUPLEX in the radio. I tried to find this already reported,
but did not.
