can you tell me  what radio settings if any I can use to program the RTS
systems ( Bosvark ). I did get a software DV3400R but with this software
all alteration must be done by

hand. You can't cut, copy ,paste, export or import. Tlis program file
save as a .dat but it does not seem to be compatable with Chirp because
I do not know as to what radio I can use to open the file. please give
me a answer.
