For the OS X driver, go to http://www.miklor.com/COM/UV_Drivers.php and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
This site has a lot of information on Wouxun and other Chinese radios.

Hello, Everyone.
I am a brand new chirp user. As it is described in the Subject line, I am trying to connect to a Wouxun KG-UVD1P using chirp. When I attempt to download from the radio, I only have access to two Bluetooth ports. I am unable to access either of the two USB ports on this MacBook Pro.
I am using what appears to be the official Wouxun USB cable I ordered for Amazon.
I checked the relevant chirp pages and all I see are solutions for MacOS versions 10.9 and earlier.
I am using MacOS 10.10.5
Any ideas about how I can access the USB port or current driver that will enable me to access my radio?
Thanks in advance.

I don't have or use a Mac.
It sounds to me like you don't have a properly installed driver for the chip in your programming cable. Yours most likely has a unauthorized copy of a Prolific chip.
One solution would be to replace that programming cable with one that has the FTDI chip.
Others have recommended purchasing this 3rd party driver for programming cables based on the Prolific type chip copies.
