You can't turn off the power-on beep. You can only disable the keypad beeps with Menu 8 BEEP.
The only control you have over the alarm siren is Menu 32 AL-MODE. If you set it to SITE at least it won't transmit the siren over the air.
You can't disable the flashlight.
