Why does Chirp (ver 3/31) change the Radioddity QB25 to QYT KT7900D?
Because the QB25 model is just an alias to the QYT KT7900D model. You could use the QYT KT7900D selection as well.
When I first purchased the radio last September, I tried to Chirp using KT7900D with no luck.
Because Radioddity QB25 support wasn't added until 9/30/2017 (which would likely have been first available in the 01-Oct-2017 build).
