In the future, would you rather see screen.cap's as attachments or in-line images?

I typically don't need to see those, and they're a little large for the list. Just tell me what the error is you're seeing and send me the debug.log file. That is typically all I need, and will ask you for anything else. In this case, that would be most helpful in order to proceed.
