[chirp_users] OS X 10.10.2

Hello to all.

I’m very new to Chirp. I’ve installed the Python package and the daily build that supports my radio the Baofeng BF-F8HP.

I’m using the BaoFeng FTDI Programming cable. A USB to serial port appears when I plug it in.

When I try to download the radio’s memory, I get the error “Radio did not respond”. Chirp seems to run fine.

Could anyone tell me of any procedure I’ve missed or has experience using OS X Yosemite with Baofeng HT’s?
